What Solada is, and what it isn't.

Plain words, on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you launch, bridge or claim.

VERSION 0.2 · 29 SEPTEMBER 2026 · DRAFT UNTIL REVIEWED

1. What Solada does

Solada launches a coin in two places at once. You pay a launch fee in ADA. We create the coin on Pump.fun (Solana), where it trades, and we mint the same supply on Cardano. There is one supply: every coin that exists on Cardano is matched by a coin locked in our Solana reserve, and the other way round. Holders can move coins between the two chains through the bridge on the coin's page.

Solada is custodial. We hold the reserve wallets on both chains, the keys to them, and the coin's Cardano pool. The ledger of who is owed what is ours, and we keep a public copy of the reserve state on each coin's page. You are trusting us with the backing, not a smart contract.

2. What you pay, and where it goes

The launch fee is a fixed 15 ADA for every new launch. The first 7 ADA covers the chain costs of a launch (rent on Solana, the mint and the metadata on Cardano). Of the rest, half buys your coin at its opening price on Pump.fun and half funds your coin’s Cardano liquidity. There is no automatic Minswap graduation or 300 ADA threshold. The fee buys platform backing and liquidity, not tokens for you. You may add a separate optional token purchase; those tokens are delivered to your Cardano wallet. The launch page shows the fee and your purchase separately. A launch fee is not refunded once the coin has been created on Pump.fun.

How Solada earns. Solada earns from launch fees, withdrawal fees and trade fees. Customer deposits, token backing, pool liquidity and launcher rewards are protected allocations. Owning the liquidity does not make those funds platform profit or guarantee risk-free trading.

Creator fees. Pump.fun pays the creator of a coin a small fee on every trade. Our wallet is the creator, and we split every fee we collect:

10%to you, the launcher, paid in ADA when you claim
80%booked to this coin's Cardano pool budget
10%to Solada

Claims. Your share is paid in ADA to the wallet that launched the coin, quoted at the live ADA price at the moment of the claim. A claim is paid once your balance reaches 5 ADA, and 0.2 ADA is kept from each payout to cover its transaction.

For $10 of new Pump fees, $1 is yours to claim, $8 is booked to your coin's pool and $1 goes to Solada. If you chose at launch to share fees with holders, that share comes out of your 10%, never out of the pool's or Solada's share. Fees already credited keep their original split. Booking a pool budget in USDC does not put ADA in escrow: that happens when conversion runs.

The pool and Bonus. Solada owns each coin’s Cardano liquidity. It remains on Solada’s curve unless a later migration to Minswap is explicitly arranged. Bonus is extra ADA from confirmed Cardano trading fees, with the configured share disclosed before payment, on top of the Pump claim. If a Minswap pool is opened later, the launcher is entitled to its 0.3% swap fees; only ADA actually harvested is credited, and the token portion stays in the reserve. Minswap harvesting is not active yet. Bonus uses the same claim button, 5 ADA minimum and 0.2 ADA payout fee. Before the coin’s Cardano market exists: Bonus starts when this coin has its Cardano pool.

Cardano trading. Prices reference executable Pump quotes, including price impact, and depend on the coin’s available buffers. Buying on Cardano causes a Pump buy before backed Cardano tokens are delivered; selling confirmed Cardano tokens causes a Pump sell before ADA is paid. Cross-chain settlement is asynchronous. Quotes disclose fees, cost reserves, expiry and amounts. Expired or unexecuted deposits are refunded minus actual attributable costs, up to the maximum deduction approved before payment. Unused cost allowance is returned; uncertain chain receipts wait for reconciliation. Trading can pause when liquidity or upstream services are unavailable. Selling does not guarantee your original purchase amount or repay your launch fee.

Bridging opens when the coin graduates and its Cardano pool exists. It keeps 2% of the tokens in the reserve you paid into. You receive the rest on the other chain. Pump counts fractions down to 6 decimal places. The Cardano coin pays whole tokens, so anything under 1 token stays in that reserve with the fee. Cardano also requires about 1.15 ADA to travel with any token; when you bridge coins to Cardano, we send that ADA along and it stays in your wallet.
